The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment.Applicant: Great Bear Pantheon, LLC (see application for contact information)Project ID: LONS 24-002Location: See application for MTRSProject Description:The Plan proposes to drill one exploration well, Megrez 1, in the Talitha Unit. The project is located 25 miles south of Deadhorse. A gravel pad measuring 500 feet by 260 feet will be located 700 feet to the west of the Dalton Highway and accessed via a 24-foot-wide gravel road. The total gravel footprint of the pad will measure 3.25 acres. Structures on the pad will include a drilling rig, drilling support facilities, a satellite office camp, storage areas, and maintenance buildings.
